So, the i.Trek is great; fit and finish are up to factory spec and you will loose one before it goes bad; if at all. This adapter is only for charge while using mini-jack headphone. YS-AUC: i.Trek 2-in-1 mini USB and 3.5mm Stereo Audio Multi-Adapter for ATT 8525/8925, T-Mobile Dash, HTC TyTN/TyTN IIOne thing that most folks are not aware of is the audio part of the Android system is designed to NOT allow the standard headset/mic work with this. As for Semsons & Co. Phone rings unplug adapter. That change is why the 3-way adapter no longer works with mini-jack headphone. Super seller, fast shipper in proper package. I will go back to them when I loose these two new adapters.
This works great with my T-Mobile G1. I am able to charge it and listen to headphones at the same time, which is exactly what I needed. I don't notice any kind of sound issues, like you get with similar products.
I have tried to get headphones to work with my Tilt for quite some time. This adapter now allows regular headphones to function. The headphones that came with the tilt don't even work. The only drawback is that a headphone with a mic still doesn't work.
The product is awesome. The shipping was fast to. Now i can listen to music and watch movies through head phones on my G1. Thank you so much
One of the few products that acknowledges that batteries eventually run down and accordingly allows charging and listening at the same time while at home or in the car. No cable means that it will not eventually get any dodgy connections like my first adapter. It works.
